At Lala Noir, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium fragrances. Please review our return and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is undamaged and in a condition that allows for resale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 7 days if you wish to swap a perfume with another fragrance from our Discovery Box, provided the following:

• The original perfume remains fully sealed in its packaging and is in new condition.
• Each of our perfumes includes a complimentary tester to allow you to try the fragrance before opening the full-sized bottle. Once the bottle is opened, exchanges are not accepted.

Important Notes

• Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
